The Club offers a fully air-conditioned building with a Full Service Member's Lounge and a Full Service Function Hall that can easily accommodate 275 people for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Fund Raisers, and Corporate meetings.

Function Hall Rental Fees:
General public: $450 includes membership fee.
Paid up member: $325
Funerals: $125
Additional charges: $50 use of kitchen/ second bartender (above 125 people) $50
Important Rental Information:
- Rental fee is based on 4 hours, all events must end by 12 am.
- We advise one bartender per 100 persons.
- No smoking in the function hall.
- All beverages must be purchased from the Franco American Club (per ABC law).
Function Hall Features:
- Bar with assorted soft-drinks, juice, beer, wine, and liquors.
- Kitchen. (stove, oven, sinks, refrigeration, preparation tables).
- Large modern restrooms. (handicapped accessible).
- Large dance floor. (wooden dance floor)
- Seating for 275 plus people. (dependant on table arrangement).

The Club can assist you in planning your function or event, including finding Caterers, Entertainment, and Visual-Display Equipment.
The Club can design customized seating plans to fit the specific needs of your important function or event.
